1. Introduction

Thank you for using KKTCar services ("Platform"). The Platform includes the KKTCar website, mobile application, and all related digital services. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, processing, and sharing of your personal data during your use of the Platform.

2. Data We Collect

We may collect the following data during your use of the Platform:

• Account Information: Information you provide during registration such as name, surname, email address, phone number, and password.
• Usage Data: Information such as browsing on the Platform, interactions, pages visited, frequency of use, and duration of use.
• Device Information: Information such as device model, operating system, browser type, IP address, and unique device identifiers.
• Location Information: Your geographic location information in specifically indicated cases and with your permission.
• Listing Information: Information, photos, and descriptions related to the listings you create.
• Payment Information: Payment information collected by payment processors — Apple App Store or Google Play Store for in-app purchases, and Stripe for purchases made on the website — during purchases for premium and urgent services. KKTCar does not directly collect or store your credit card information.
• Assistant (Otobot) Chat Data: The messages you type to the AI assistant Otobot and the assistant's responses. If you are logged in, these records are associated with your account; if not, they are associated with an irreversibly hashed (anonymized) identifier instead of your raw IP address.

Otobot is a chat assistant; please do not enter ID numbers, financial details or other sensitive personal data into the chat.

3. Use of Data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account.
• To provide and improve our services to you.
• To communicate with you and send notifications.
• To analyze platform performance and user experience (including PostHog service).
• To detect and prevent security issues.
• To fulfill our legal obligations.
• To provide the Otobot AI assistant, improve response quality, and detect and prevent abuse (spam, misuse).

4. Data Sharing

We may share your personal data with third parties in the following cases:

• Service Providers: Third-party service providers we use to provide our services (e.g., PostHog, Supabase).
• Payment Processors: Apple App Store or Google Play Store for in-app purchases, and Stripe for card payments made on the website. These providers receive the information necessary to process your payments (such as your email and payment details) and process it according to their own privacy policies; their servers may be located abroad. • Legal Requirements: When necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or respond to a legal process.
• Business Partners: We may share necessary information with our business partners to provide you with better service.
• AI Providers: To operate the Otobot assistant, your chat inputs are transferred for processing to third-party AI infrastructure providers (OpenRouter and the underlying model providers it routes to, e.g. Google). These providers' servers may be located abroad.

These transfers are necessary to provide the service and are limited to that purpose. KKTCar never sells your personal data to third parties.

5. User Rights

As a user, you have the following rights:

• Request access to your personal data.
• Request correction of incorrect or incomplete information.
• Object to the processing of your data.
• Request deletion of your data under certain conditions.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services. We implement various security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.

When users delete their accounts, KKTCar deletes personal data from its systems within 30 days unless legal obligations require otherwise. However, listings, comments, and other content shared on the platform by the user may be retained anonymously to maintain the integrity of the platform.

7. Processing of Payment Information

KKTCar does not receive or store card information directly from users for premium and urgent services. All payment transactions are conducted through secure third-party payment processors: Apple App Store or Google Play Store (in the mobile application) and Stripe (on the website).

• Payment Processors: In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store; website purchases are processed by Stripe. Card details on the website are entered directly with Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant processor, and each processor's own privacy policy and security measures apply.
• Record Keeping: KKTCar keeps transaction records such as purchase date, type of service purchased, service duration, and purchase amount, but does not store credit card numbers, security codes, or other payment details.
• Invoice Information: To comply with legal requirements, invoice information related to purchases may be retained for the legally required period.
• Subscriptions: In case of recurring subscriptions for premium services, subscription management is conducted through the relevant stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• One-time Purchases: Website purchases of premium and urgent features are one-time payments and do not auto-renew. Any recurring subscriptions offered in the mobile application are managed through the relevant store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

The security of your payment information is important to us. Therefore, we work with trusted payment processors that use industry-standard security protocols and encryption technologies for payment transactions.

8. Account Deletion and Content Removal

KKTCar reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to delete, remove, or block any user account or content (including listings) without prior notice. This is especially applicable for users who violate the terms of service, share illegal content, harm other users, or compromise the integrity of the platform.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. In case of significant changes to the policy, we will send you a notification through the Platform.
